Bear Creek Golf Complex is a 36-hole inland links golf facility consisting of both a long and short course. The Bear Championship Course stretches to 6,825 yards from the back tees and plays to a par 71, The Cub Executive Course is a fun, sporty par 59, 3,501-yard course. Bear Creek is a unique and exciting place, and we strive to encourage the development of golfers of all ages and abilities. In addition to our two golf courses we also have a full Practice and Learning Center, staffed by PGA Professionals who are available for both individual and group lessons. Both golf courses and practice area were created by the Nicklaus Design Group and architect Bill O'Leary, and opened for play in January 2000.

I live about a mile away and remember when they built the Bear Creek Golf Course. I usually play here 5 or 6 times a year and frequently use the driving range. Not any more. Started out getting yelled at by one of the bag drop guys for pulling a golf cart up to the bag drop area. Guess he... More

I have been trying a new course in the Phoenix area every week. Played here in a foursome with friends on an early morning start. The range was ok. You had to first get tokens to get balls, then drive to the range. Quaint club house with decent bathrooms. I grabed a blood mary at the bar and it was... More

The Cub executive course at this complex offers few challenges. It's a par 3 set up that's flat and far from dangerous. It's a good start from a northern forced lay off.

Unfortunately, 2 friends and myself went to play this course today. George harassed us on the 3rd and 5th hole to do the 'cub course' and move off of the course because they had a very busy morning. No one was behind us. Really?! We were the only women there that were golfing without husbands. George do apologize after stalking... More

2 golf courses here. The Bear is a par 71 Championship course and the Cub is an executive course with 13 par 3's and 5 par 4's. We played the Cub as my wife is a beginner. Really a nice set up with several tee boxes so I could play from the back tees and my wife could move up... More

I played the bear course with my best friend on Saturday afternoon. Due to an unfortunate mix-up through golfNow, I booked the following day instead of same day. The manager, Carlo, took care of me and my friend and had us on the course within minutes. The Marshall at hole 1gave us the run down of the course and informed... More

Thanks to the d b "I'm the general manager" for yelling at me and my uncle in a moving cart. HEY HEY! HEY! Screaming at us. Not quite the way to approach someone on your course. We will not be back and will advise all golf buddies to avoid spending money at the course and bar on a weekly basis.... More

I've only personally played the "Cub" course a few times and I've enjoyed it each time. Perfect to take the kids or beginners because there are lots of Par 3s. Plenty of wildlife: Jackrabbits, cottontails, roadrunners and other birds. I can't wait to play the championship course. We'll return again and again.

A "Nicklaus course" but don't expect Murfield Village. Still very fun and interesting for a fairly flat open piece of land. Well maintained. Smooth medium fast greens. Great place for chipping, putting and full shots also.
