It is really true. This is one of the best dive site in the world. I saw sharks, corals, sea eagle and platex. It is not a dive for beginners for the strong current. I really recommend this wonderful dive.

nice dive, but when used to diving with lots of sharks in south africa it's nothing special. was expecting a difficult dive with currents but wasn't at all.

great diving at this reef, got lucky with the ocean white tip sharks, 2 at the first dive and two from boat. Variety of other marine life, turtles, sea worms, stone fish atc. It was worth the early start.

If you are reading this, you already know you want to go there. Probably to see the big things. Mainly sharks. But, apart from this, Elphinstone is a beautiful reef. You will be engulfed in fish of any colour, millions of them. And the soft...More

There is a beach camp I believe that send out zodiacs to the reef, I'm afraid I'm not sure what it's called. We left from Port Gahlib it took 3 hours with Emperor Divers.
