The zip line was great lots of lines ,3 bridges, and a rappel. Our guides were the best were very funny and safe. Be sure to ask for those guides cause they are the best. I would definitely do it again

Why don't you go to their website's contact page and fill out the web form? You can put your questions there and they should answer. If not, call them and express your frustration. That isn't something we can address.
