I was pretty excited about this tour. We were picked up by the horse drawn wagon. The guide was very unprofessional. He was wearing a t-shirt and sweatpants and it smelled as they had just cleaned stalls before picking us up. They both smelled of...More

Under new ownership (all owners and employees are under 21). Horses were nice and well behaved. However, I found it distracting that the horses were constantly trying to eat grass during the ride. As a result, much of the rider focus was on keeping the...More

We enjoyed our ride in a horse drawn covered wagon that would have been typical of the transport used by the pioneers and gold prospectors in the old days. The tour took us through forests and stopped for photo shoots along the way. We learnt...More

This is a must do. My horse was great once we got over some slight personality clash issues. Sharon is the most hilarious person in Alaska! I loved her pink hat. Liz lead us on a great trail and the views!! Mt McKinley showed itself...More

This was a last minute decision to add this to our excursions. We are so happy that we did! Lee and Christine were a blast to have as guides. They were young, full of energy and very informative. You traveled long trails through woods from...More

Christine and Lee led our group for an afternoon trail ride. Even in the rain (they had rain gear for us), we had a great time. The trail is lovely, and all of the horses were well-behaved.

After I booked this excursion wasn't sure how much fun it would be. One of the best excursions I have been on. They took us to a great scenic view of Mt. McKinley. It was amazing - the guides were very friendly & took as...More

We had a variety of ages and abilities in our group and all enjoyed this ride. It was pouring which didn't seem to dampen anyone's spirits. They got us rain gear and helmets and gave lots of information about the area. Easy ride, nice to...More

Wonderful ride through some very beautiful trails. We had three guides (front, middle and back) with riders as young as 9 and as old as 65+ with everyone having no issues. The scenery was amazing as well as the entertainment from Cowboy Matt (Matthew for...More

There is a mounting block. I haven't been on a horse for over 15 years and never learnt to ride properly but I had no real issues. It was a bit scary when the horses were slipping about but if you can deal with that you... More
