A great beach. its all public and free. Theres a set of ancient ruins at the end of the beach, its very unusual but great. The beach is lined with 6 or 7 restaurants.

The beach is pebbles and sand and it's easier with sea shoes, those little neoprene rubber socks with rubber soles - we bought them locally pretty cheaply and they're great for in and out of the water.

hello from South Africa. We only used shoes on the way to the water, left our shoes on the edge of the water and walked into the sea. not too uncomfortable! Yes - there are pebbles on the sea floor.
