The Sapa Sisters is a website that connects expats, backpackers and travellers with local Hmong in the Sapa-area. It aims to establish a direct link between guides and people that are about to visit Sapa to empower the young Black H'Mong women and give them a reasonable pay for their skilled services. All the guides speak English and have long experiences working as guides. Sapa Sisters, a social enterprise owned by local guides!

We trekked in late January and runners were completely fine. We didn't want to be carrying heavy boots for the rest of our trip. It was a little slippery in parts but our shoes weren't a problem.

Hi, You are best to email / call Sapa sisters directly. You will arrive early in the morning on your train and will want to have it organised beforehand if you plan on starting your trek that morning. All the best, Steve
