We visited Goldust based on trip advisor reviews and we wanted to spoil ourselves to what we thought would be a more luxurious massage experience in Bali. Unfortunately we were both disappointed and it had nothing to do with service, everyone was friendly and polite however neither of us found we could relax throughout our 90 minute massage. The 1st 60 minutes were nothing to rave about I felt restless and on edge throughout and the last half hour thankfully saved us both from walking out completely disappointed. The hot stones, were a knock out. My husband normally falls asleep throughout a massage just not this time.beauty is only skin deep, what it looks like on the outside may not be as attractive once your in.that is just my thoughts. Goldust was just not for us.

Dear, Guest Thank you for bring this to our attention, we are really sorry to hear that you felt this way about your treatments, as we do usually have great reviews and feed back about our massage treatments, We wish that at the bookings procedure that you would of mentioned that you prefer a female therapist as our reception do ask with our bookings if you would prefer a male or female therapist this maybe the reason why you did not relax during your treatment, we are very sorry that you did not enjoy your experience with us. our management team has been in touch via private message.

I attended this busy, excellent spa three times during my stay in Canggu. The prices are a little higher than a standard local Bali spa but it is completely worth it. The staff are professional, well trained, friendly and skilled. My facial was fantastic, my back massage almost perfect and my pedicure brilliant. Rai (staff member) was a an excellent therapist and I loved every minute of my facial. Would go back and recommend. You can book with them via WhatsApp which is always helpful.

The girl that did my lashes keep poking me which make me really nervous. I asked her to be gentle but there was no response. The lashes came out alright one side was more full than the other and it’s not because I don't have enough lashes, I saw quite a bit of my lashes was not attached on the sparse side. They do have the 3 days guarantee, however I had to leave and couldn't take advantage of it.

A week of awkward walking and sleeping from back pain , I decided to get a massage . On asking a couple of local people and having been there before I decided to try Goldust . From entering the spa I found the staff friendly and very professional . Every movement the masseur did was fluid and strong . I would highly recommend Goldust, as twice now I have had a great experience from their staff .

One of my favorite spa in Canggu / Bali! Their renovations give even more charm to the place. So relaxing; we are transported as soon as we pass the entrance doors.
Quality service at an affordable price. Ginger tea, piece of watermelon, etc. The staff speaks in a very pleasant and soft tone (which is not the case in all spas here..). I tried the anti cellulite treatment, the pomegranate deep cleanse, and I definitely adopted them for my gel manicure and pedicure. Always accompanied by a nice little massage.
I also appreciated the hair treatment and the threading of my eyebrows was done as it should be. In short, I recommend it!

Omg ! Amaaazzing experience . Had the gold eye treatment plus mani / pedi on Thursday . Well trained staff and so attentive and friendly the minute you walk in the door . Face masks were worn and staff using hand sanitisers . Very professional experience . Well done Goldust .

I went with a friend for a Hyaluronic collagen facial.
90 min of an amazing relaxing experience, time went by so quickly it felt only 30 min. had passed by...

As a former professional dancer I had many sport massages and other “beauty”, Thai and other type of massage treatments.
Goldust was far the best experience from both worlds, a mixture of traditional relax combined with sport massage. They are great at listening to your needs and requirements, but also to your body during the treatment.
Maybe this is not the cheapest to find in Bali, but far the best quality, high class treatment and great facilities, worth the extra cash. I recommended it to my whole family and friends travelling with me and they all had the same experience.

I didn’t get to experience the spa but contacted Golddust about buying one of their sarongs.
They were more than happy to accomodate my request and helped me organise the colours, PayPal transfer and transport to deliver it to me so I didn’t have to go into Canggu to collect.
Just wanted to add that the quality and size of this sarong is amazing. Already had so many friends in Australia ask why I didn’t get them one 🤣
Over and above customer service……my only regret is not experiencing their spa but it’s on my list for our next visit. Thanks Rachele 😀

I love getting massages and also receiving them. I am trained myself as a Ayurvedic and Thai Massage Therapist so my criteria on a massage therapist are quite high. Goldust has exquisite Massage therapists, very well trained!!! I received, its safe to say, the best massage of my life here from a balinese guy, I forgot his name... But he has healing hands!I immediately booked int the same massage for the next day again cause it was sooo good! All my tension that have been build up around the shoulders and neck are gone now and I feel so much lighter. I think all the therapists there are amazing.I can highly recommend going there. Its my number one spot for massage in Bali, Canggu.
