Great spa
One of the best spa experiences ever. We had a food massage for 60 minutes and a spring pedicure, extremely good. Definitely the best food massage ever and the pedicure was also very good. I like the ambience and the staff was also very fast and professional. Would definitely come back.

Welcome drinks and the juice bar was a touch of luxury. Definitely on the pricey side and to be honest, not the best massage I’ve had in Bali. Will definitely come back to try again though!

Perfect timing and treatment

The treatment absolutly perfect.

Love the place and the room are very clean, the massage was very good. We forgot our therapist name but they are very nice and friendly ladies.

For sure we will come back again.

Very flashy to look at..but really very average and over priced

I had Codage well-being experience..just rubbed oil all over body and similar on face.
Had to ask for all.the oil to be removed once finished.
And the oil didn't even smell.nice
No lockers or hangers to clothing.
No finishing drink.
Very Friendly service

Bad customer service

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the unprofessional treatment I received during my recent visit to Spring Spa Canggu. I had booked a specific time slot for my appointment and had been waiting patiently, only to be met with laughter and disrespect when I raised the issue with one of the employees.

Upon my arrival at Spring Spa Canggu, I mentioned to the employee that I had been waiting for my appointment at the scheduled time. Instead of addressing my concern in a professional manner, one of them outright laughed at me. This behavior was not only unbecoming of a customer service representative but also left me feeling humiliated and devalued.

As a paying customer, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and courtesy. Laughing at a customer's valid concern is completely unacceptable and goes against the basic principles of good customer service. It is disheartening to have such an experience at Spring Spa Canggu, especially considering the positive reputation it had prior to my visit.

The perfect reward after making it to Everest Base Camp

We received a gift voucher to enjoy massage and treatments at Spring following a 2 week trek to Everest Base Camp.
We had a couples massage which was so relaxing. The whole facility was clean and had a very calming atmosphere. Greenery, flowing water and no loud music.
Both of us fell asleep during the 90 min massage.
We followed up with a 60 min facial, and we kept feeling hydrated, nourished and revived.
The professionalism of the staff and attention to detail was very much appreciated.

Clean and comfortable!

Enjoyed our massages and we went back a 2nd time the following day.

Each of us have a 60 min foot massage in the common area. The bed was comfortable and it felt clean. The common area has adequate distance from the next bed so it did not feel cramped or uncomfortable. The common area was a little too bright but the foot massage was so comfortable that I dozed off.

We decided to go back a second time. :) 90 min body massages in private rooms and there is bathing facilities in the room to wash off the oil.

Deposit of 100,000 is required per pax for reservation. Cost of the treatments we had:
60 min foot - 220
90 min lymphatic - 590

Came here twice during our stay in Canggu and was not disappointed. First visit was for a couples massage which was divine! Ended up booking again for a hair wash/style. The hair stylist did a great job. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back!
