The oldest bar in Ketchikan! Est. in 1937. We are a waterfront bar with a covered deck for an outdoor experience. We have 19 draft beers on tap and the best bloody Mary's in Alaska! We are locally owned and operated. Come down and meet Paula who has owned the bar for the last 22 years. She's a hoot!

We showed up early after being screwed out of our fishing excursion, and Paula let us in even though she wasn't open. We told her our problem and she went way out of her way calling people for us. I can't say enough about how...More

Looking at our cruise ship having a beer in the sunshine. What could be better? Ketchikan is a great place. Sunny today. Not usual however. Friendly staff. Great location

This place was great - loved the barman - he was so friendly and we enjoyed our drinks talking to him. So close to the ship as well with a great atmosphere - even bought a shirt to remind us of the experience

When you get off the ship, you are usually shunted into touristy places. This place is filled with locals, but they make you feel welcome. The clam chowder was excellent, and they have a good range of Alaskan beer.

Hi - I am not sure - it was my first time there. I think they have a Facebook page and they might be able to answer that for you there. Good luck and keep traveling!

The Arctic is located directly off of Berth 3 on the cruise ship docks. The back deck faces Berth 3 - right next to Sockeye Sams and across the street from Burger Queen.
