Loren S took us on an adventure and shared his knowledge of the area after spending most of his life in Ketchikan. It was nice to know he had traveled all over because it gave him various life experiences to bring into the tour. He had a great personality and filled us with information and an amazing history of Totems... More

We had not booked an excursion in this port on our Alaska cruise and decided to take a trolley tour with this company when we got to the dock. We purchased a 90 minute tour which was supposed to include a tour of the town, wildlife and a fish ladder for $45 USD per person. The first driver was very... More

Ketchitour is a private tour company situated at the pier in Ketchikan booth 7. We purchased the 90 minute Wildlife tour which advertised breathtaking views, rain forest and various wildlife for $45.00 each. The bus took us to ONE stop where we could possibly view bears with a walk to a bridge to see seals(which we did). After about a... More

My finance and I just went on an Alaska cruise and one of our stops was in Ketchikan and we took a trolley tour, it was amazing! Christopher was so informative and funny! We got to experience more of Ketchikan than just the port! As a tour guide he is second to no one, best tour we ever had! You... More

Ketchikan was the only port where we did not pre-book any excursion. I found that seaplane tours are beyond my budget and finally ended up doing this Ketchitour City and Wildlife Tour. We looked their glossy flier which had a picture of bear that successfully triggered the excitement of my kids. We boarded a very old trolley (looks like old... More

We had decided to wait to book something once off the ship or just do a walking tour. We found the Ketchitour office up the road and decided to do the combo Wildlife/Totem tour. The young man selling us the tour was to be the guide and we liked him. When it came time to board the trolley at the... More

We had a limited amount of time for touring in Ketchikan, Alaska, because it was a brief port of call on our cruise. We thought a trolley ride to see a salmon stream would be fun, and the people at this booth offered a 1-hour tour for $30 that is not published on their glossy flyer. We boarded the trolley... More

We took this tour because it was a very rainy day in Ketchican. (It is in a rainforest after all) We booked locally once in port and haggled the price down to $35. The tour is given on a very old trolley type vehicle with very hard and cramped seating. With all the rain, the windows were all fogged up... More

We appreciate your feedback and shall work hard with the city to fix the muddy parking lots that are caused by our 160 inches of yearly rain and yes, when it rains, it pours and weather can change dramaticaly. Please be advised that you should expect rain!.Traditional trollies are characterized by hard wood seats and adds to the antique feeling... More

City and Wildlife Trolley Tour of Ketchikan: Stephanie was our tour guide and did an excellent job, very knowledgeable about the wild life and city history. You have an option to take just the south tour or a combined tour to include the north and south - recommend you take the combined north/south tour.

We try hard to train, support and find the best local and most professional staff available. The team works on presenting a true and honest picture of our beloved small town of 13,000 year round residents. If time allows it, we hands down will always recommend taking the All Ketchikan Excursion which combines our North tour to the totems and... More

We signed up for the combo Totems & Wildlife Tour (3 hrs). The tour started 40 minutes late and the driver offered no narration of the many things we drove by. The driver then rushed us at the Totems stop so he could get back to town to pick up 3 more passengers for the 2nd half of the tour.... More
