I a local who loves it whrn summer time comes around because that mean The Tram is opening up. I like the guy who sings & drums during your ride up. The best part for me is the scenery. Unfortunately the weather was quite changeably but when the weather blew through, the views were quite good. There isn't a lot to see and do, but it killed a couple of hours. The short movie about the Tlingit was quite good. The other good thing is that you can ride the Tramway as many times as you like in the... More

Bit pricey for what you get at the top, but we only here once so went for it. Luckily for us it was a clear day so we had the stunning views. Went a short walk on the trails and saw Bald Eagles in the trees. Watched t he film on the native Indian people and looked at the bald... More

The weather was awful, wet and windy. Limited things to do. We took the cable car to the top of Mount Roberts. Views were interrupted by cloud but during breaks in the weather a magnificent outlook was to behold.

Take the tram to lunch or dinner at 1800' elevation visitor center. Take in a 30-minute cultural movie or live musical entertainment in the theatre. See Lady Baltimore--a bald eagle who lives in a care facility for injured wildlife. Hike to Fr. Roberts cross or all the way to the peak of Mt. Roberts.

$33 per person, and you do get unlimited rides, but how many do you really need? If it's raining the activities you can do up top are very limited.

1 adult ticket over $30. Line was long to get on the tram at top and bottom. Good views from the viewing area up top, but angles were limited due to trees and the tramway. Gift shop had some unique items. Due to being on a ship, we had limited time and felt too squeezed to enjoy it.
