The tram has wonderful views even though it is really expensive. Being able to so close to an eagle is wonderful. The gift shop has a lot of unique items and is wonderful. The restaurant has excellent food but again it is expensive. Great experience overall.

Great service! Both on the way up and the way down we saw over half a dozen eagles resting in the trees. The history at the top was also very informative.

Took the tram up and thoroughly enjoyed the shop at the top. Some in our group had lunch and said it was excellent. We enjoyed a local musical performance up there as well. Very worth the trip and I would highly recommend it.

Although some may pause due to the cost (around $30 each), this quick ride up the side of Mount Roberts is worth it. At the top of the tram are the standard tourist-related gifts. Often, there is live music. Often, a local Alaskan Native carver is there, working on a totem pole. And, always, there is Lady Baltimore, the resident... More

Great views that we just could not get anywhere else. We really enjoyed it, though not much wildlife.

I have taken Tram more than couple of time. It is nice and pretty short ride. There is always a person to tell about Mt Roberts and Juneau history. The view is amazing! For those who are afraid of heights could be difficult, but believe me, it is worth it! Sometimes could be little queue to get into tram, but... More

We hiked up the Mt Roberts trail, enjoyed the views and lunch at the top (expensive!, but tasty), then took the tramway down. The tram is a bit spendy, but it was nice to get down quickly and see everything from above. It's really mostly transportation, not terribly scenic, since it moves so quick. It only took a couple minutes... More

The tramway trip itself was short and not really exciting. But the view from the top is absolutely stunning. A must see experience. You can also hike to get there and than hike even more if you wish. At the top there is a restaurant a real bald eagle in a cage for visitors to see. The eagle has been... More
