We read many reviews of the dive shops in Rarotonga and decided to go with Dive Rarotonga based on the excellent reviews that stressed safety as a factor for every dive. You never know what kind of dive operation you're going to actually dive with in some parts of the world, and after experiencing some sketchy safety protocols on our... More

4 of us did 3 days of diving with both Karen and Paul. Excellent guides who know the dive sights well and also gave us some fun info about the island. We saw turtle, a small reef shark, lots of fish, and an amazing variety of coral. Mushroom Forrest is worth requesting to go to!

I completed my open water certification here at the end of October. Karen was thorough and extremely helpful in the process. We did 6 dives (3 - 2 tank dives), and dove in 6 separate locations. Karen and Paul accompanied us on these dive and did a great job in pointing out fish/sharks/turtles and various other sea creatures. I wouldn't... More

I did my open water course with these guys and i have to say that it happened to be beyond my expectations. The instructors were so friendly with a touch of english humor, and made me enjoy the dives (amazing spots by the way). And also for the professional side they were really good, patient and paying attention to everything.... More

There are 3 Dive companies on the island, and from time-to-time you might get a deal for others, this is hands down the best. VERY Experienced group that don't cut corners. They know the island, extremely professional, and have your safety in mind. Kept coming back and did 6 dives w them, even when we had questionable weather some days,... More

Over several months on Rarotonga, I had a chance to experience and understand how many businesses operate, and I found Dive Rarotonga to be amongst the best. They have a real focus on safety followed by a great experience. They genuinely care for their customers. I completed no less than 10 dives with the team, and their utmost professionalism gave... I did a two dive, afternoon trip. Brilliant experience. The dive itself was great - visibility was awesome, lots of variety in sea life. The experience was great. Pete and Karen made it everything happen with ease. The gear was good. They were safety conscious and focused on making sure I enjoyed the trip. These guys are great operators.

Professional company, well maintained gear, and an excellent price. Some of the best five sites around. Cheers

After having a look around before my trip, I chose Dive Rarotonga as the seemed to fit everything I was looking for. Despite the time differences, the email communication has been excellent and very clear, I have even received a lovely 'welcome home' email since my trip! I booked in for two dives shortly after I arrived and unfortunately this... More

I did 2 dives in 1 morning last week with Dive Rarotonga. The dive boat leaves next to Trader Jacks, on the edge of the town. This is a 10 minute ride from the Dive Rarotonga building. The cost was $100 for 2 dives and $20 for gear hire which I thought was very reasonable. The dive sites we went... More
