We didn't find anything outstanding about this park, just a vast grassy field where you can walk if you feel the need to exercise,

San José is not a city full of interesting places, BUT as you visit the country and if you like nature and short walks this is a most. It is the oxygen of the city. It’s a small walk thru trees and nature. :)

La Sabana is a good place for exercising, just in the middle of San Jose downtown. It is very safe since there are policemen all around in horses all the time, people go there to run, skate, walk, picnic, play soccer, baseball, play with kites, etc.
