Post-harvest warehouse where spices are dried,processed and packaged. Our "bean to bar" spicy chocolate is tasted here. 2. A garden walk thru our Epiphyte Trail where you'll see, smell and taste our tropical spices and plant collection 3. Flavors of the World Spice Tasting at our breathtaking Mirador viewpoint from our vanilla, chocolate and Ceylon cinnamon. 4. had a wonderful time learning about the cultivation of the vanilla bean and cocoa. Highlight was the tasting of the vanilla cheesecake with hibiscus jam on top!! Truly one of the best cheesecakes I have had!!

Daniel was a great tour guide through Henry's spice farm---Henry has been there over 30 years and is now concentrating on cinnamon, ginger, chocolate and more, and the tour winds through the property checking out the growing plants, flowers and trees, also birds and butterflies....More

I have purchased there many times without the tour, however only one or two staff members speak English so definitely call ahead. I always purchase in bulk (around 10 kilos total) and they will have your order ready for you... More
