Our ride for 10 people from the airport was easy even when we asked for a beer stop and a bathroom stop! Our pickup back to the airport was on time and easy as well. Very professional! Highly recommend!

Two clean ate model Mercedes Sprinter Vehicles were provided to transport our group from the airport to the W Hotel. Great professional service. Prompt and very informative. They even stopped at a rest area for snacks, and at a local chicken Resturant called Polloandia which we really enjoyed. The same quality of service was provided for our transportation for our group dining. With out question I would definitely utilize their services again.

The resort was beautiful. The spa was even better. I get massages regularly and in every country I go to. My bf and I got a couple massage with Adriana and Elizabeth, and it was the best massage hands down. Make sure you book with them. It was so good we went back for a second massage before ending our trip.

This company is not a legitimate company. They stole $225 dollars and did not provide a ride. I do not believe there is an actual company connected to Filadelfia Shuttle and it is a scam to get your dollars. I tried to contact them by phone, WhatsApp, and email with no replies. The got the money and went silent with no ride. Watch out and book elsewhere, it's a scam!!

Transportation didn’t show up and when we called they stated they didn’t have a reservation under our name. We have emailed the company and TripAdvisor but no response. Our credit card company will deal with this at this point.

Oscar met us at the airport and was very welcoming and professional. He helped load our bags and everything. Javier was our driver and he was excellent. He stopped at a supermarket and a surf shop for us. He was very patient.
