We went to two different hot springs in La Fortuna and Eco Termales was our favorite of the two, by far. It felt intimate, serene, less crowded and more friendly and laid back. The other, Tabacon, is also beautiful - but more people, more of...More

Everyday after breakfast , we visited the hot springs which was a lot if fun and very relaxing. Not much crowd which was perfect and different temperature waters were a big plus. Highly recommended if you are in arenal volcano region!

This place is so relaxing. I thought this would be a highlight of a once in a lifetime holiday and it didn’t disappoint. The pools are really hot and there is plenty of space to escape people. It’s good that numbers are limited. Favourite moment...More

I highly recommend these Hot Springs over any others in Costa Rica. They are private so they are a bit more expensive but they only let a certain amount of people in at a time. The Hot Springs have 8 to 10 different baths all...More

While the Hot Springs are amazing, the buffet is pretty terrible. Enjoy the Hot Springs, but skip the buffet.

Ok, so I have to admit I’m a bit of a germ-a-phobe. And a little terrified of random illness such as the one caused by Naegleria fowleri. But even I loved soaking in the hot springs! WOW I have never felt so well and so...More

Beautiful facilities, very relaxing hot springs and awesome dinner buffet. The hottest pool is approximately 110 degrees. The buffet has a very nice selection from rice, pasta, vegetables and salads to chicken, beef and even dessert.

We stumbled upon these hot springs by accident. When you drive north from La Fortuna you will find there are a ton of places you can go to dip your toes in hot waters. From free to luxury, from hot rivers to spas, you will...More

We stop every time we are in Costa Rica. Already booked our next visit. The food is delicious, the drinks are amazing, the atmosphere relaxing, and it’s worth every penny.

I didn't try the others, but I was glad to find they limited the number of people here. It's a manicured version of the wild hot springs river. But sometimes it's nice to have a safe, clean, quiet space and hot springs are one of...More

Whilst you can buy alcohol there it's really not a party type place. V wry relaxed and people tend to keep themselves to themselves.

Not swimming deep. The deepest point in any seems to be less than 5' and most are much less with gentle slope from all sides. I don't swim either and never felt in any danger.
