Nice, clean thermal baths, 6 or 7 pools ranging from 32-38C. They provide mud for giving yourself a mud bath. We were there for 3 hours, because of heavy rain, we passed on the coffee tour. Clean changing rooms. Not the diversity of Arenal/La Fortana volcanic thermals, probably overpriced compared to somewhere like Tabacon in Arenal, but enjoyable for a few hours in a hot bath.

We loved our afternoon at Hacienda Orosi! First, the views everywhere on the property are absolutely stunning with mountain and valley vistas. Second, the hiking trails are terrific as they are wide dirt and gravel pads, winding up the mountain. They are moderately strenuous, especially at one point on the descent where the gravel is loose, and there are ropes to help you climb down. Next, it is delightful to see the animals, especially the horse, who showed off the rolling in the grass, right in front of us, the very friendly donkey, and the beautiful Watusi cattle, with their magnificent, longhorns. Finally, the Hot Springs are incredible! We enjoyed them much more than the los Lagos volcanic Springs. We visited in La Fortuna. Although those were fine, they could not hold a candle to these because these pools are just beautiful with natural stone and, amazing views! We alternated between the pool that was 98° and the one that was 100°. After our two hour hike, it was simply sublime to soak for an hour. This is a must if you are in the area! Although it is pricey, it is well worth the cost!

I felt like a new person after spending the afternoon in the healing hot waters in this spa. We soaked & used the clay balls to exfoliate our entire bodies. Well worth a visit to this beautiful spot.

We only had drinks and the service was fine. It wasn’t crowded. The changing room and toilet area are clean. They have showers, lockers, sinks and toilets. The water is lukewarm and there is only shampoo. No personal changing space. You get one towel so I highly recommend bringing your own bath towel.

Come for the healing waters!

The view is amazing, the water temperature and cleaning is good. But the service is terrible, the day I went only one of 5 people were kind. No vegan food option is offered, and the women's bathroom did not have hot water: it was night, the place was full, and nobody was able to take a shower because of that. For the price of the entry, the service should be better, and the bathroom should have hot water.

“Worst Burger” for only $18. Garbage food. We have eaten there many times and this time it was the worst.

I don’t usually write reviews but this place has obviously done some upgrades and they deserve a review! We landed here at the end of a two week vacation to get away from crowds. The property is absolutely stunning and the pools were lovely with no crowds. They have recently added a beautiful coffee walk/tour (with Instagram-friendly photo spots) as well as an immaculate farm with animals for the children. It was one of our highlights in Costa Rica!

We went for the evening experience. The pools were great. The view from the pools was stunning. The entry fee was a little pricey, but worth it. All the staff was friendly and helpful.
The meal was very medicore and ridiculously priced. We had 3 meals, 2 of them were fajitas and one order of wings, with 3 soft drinks, and it came to over $80. Not worth the price, at all.
I would go back, but only for the pools and sunbathing.

This place was surprisingly nice for what Serbs like the middle of nowhere. It gave off a real “resort” vibe. This may not be everyone’s cup of tea, however. Food and drink is a little overpriced and lacks authenticity. Service a little slow. But the pools are very neat. Made out of stone and concrete each pool is unique. Different shapes and temperatures and views of the valley below. It was relaxing to soak after a long day. You can either make a reservation at night or in the morning. I was told that nighttime was better.

I came to eat today with a group of friends
It was the worst experience, the food took almost two hours to come, we mentioned this to the waiters a lot of times but they didn’t no anything.

When we talked to the manager she talked back to us on a very un respectful manner.

The good was average and expensive.

I DO NOT recommend this place.

If you are reading this and decide to come, hope this doesn’t happen to you.
