Canyoning is a rare activity, as it can only be done in a couple of countries, so DO THIS when you're in Costa Rica! The guides were great and it was such a rush! The scariest part was the very beginning with the 150 ft...More

This was my first time rappelling down the side of a cliff, jumping off of waterfalls and rock climbing! Thanks for the beer afterwards, it was needed! It's listed as "Costa Rica's most extreme tour" and they're not kidding! It was awesome!!

First introduction to waterfall jumping and rappelling - awesome fun! Super friendly guides, incredibly knowledgable and safety conscious. 2 shots at rappelling then a bunch of leaps (5-10metres) into the water. Exhilarating fun followed by beer, fruit & a great local lunch :)

Hi Amesbury! Great question! The best thing to wear in the Gravity Falls is secure shoes like tennis shoes, clothes to get wet in (I like wearing like calve-length fitness pants and dry fit top), and bring a change of... More

The high jump is at the end and is optional. If you jump you have to climb back up the the start of the jump after anyway so no big deal if you don't want to do it.
