We VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Perdidos Springs which are inside The Springs Hotel. We bought the Day Pass to the Springs, which is well worth it if you use both consecutive days. The Hotel is beautiful, with beautiful environment and scenery. The hotel has 12 pools (also Hot spring fed) around it, but then you can go down a trail and... More

We booked a visit to these springs through Anywhere Costa Rica. It was an evening tour to the springs after an afternoon hike to the El silencio trails to see Arenal volcano. After a busy day, we were happy to relax at the springs. The environment is nice. I would have preferred it to be a little better lit after... More

We paid for entrance to the springs and dinner at the hotel that owns these springs. This is a five star hotel and the springs are fantastic and beautifully landscaped including a water slide. The dinner was very poor. We paid $400 for three people for this experience. If I were to do this again, I would choose a cheaper... More

We visited Arenal using Anywhere Costa Rica, and one of the tours included a visit to the springs and a meal in the restaurant at The Springs. It was our last night in Arenal area, and what a fabulous night. I highly recommend this, and setting it up through Anywhere Costa Rica was so easy.

The resort is gorgeous, something straight out of a movie. We bought a day pass for two days to the Springs resort and spa which gave us access to the springs. Even rain didnt ruin our experience here, if anything it might of added to it. Imagine being in a hot spring with cool rain falling on you, it was... More

If this is the area located in The Springs Resort, yes... it's very nice. The springs here naturally contain a number of healthy minerals including sulphur, iron, etc. and the springs are set to various temperatures between 99°F and around 104°F. Very relaxing and you just feel great when you get out of the water. The weather was slightly cooler... More

On the property of our hotel, The Springs. Some of the pools are very remote - it's a small area, but many pools to choose from. My husband and I like the 104 degree, hottest spring at the very top!

It can be overwhelming to choose which hot springs to visit while in the Arenal Volcano/La Fortuna area. DO choose The Springs as your hot spring experience and you will not be disappointed! It is amazing and though the turn from the main paved road that is the main vein of La Fortuna takes you to a typical bumpy dirt... More
