Great facility

I'd not eat here again but the rest was very relaxing. Clean facility that was overly crowded with people.

It was not at all crowded, and the pools were great. There were different temperatures, including cold plunge. We went at night and paid for the buffet dinner, which was unremarkable. I would pass on that if given a choice. Otherwise, very happy!

They only allow up to 100 people per session. Beautiful setting. We went at 5pm, perfect way to end the day. Nice dinner included

This activity was supposed to be a three hour experience bathing in the hot springs that emanate from the adjacent volcano, allowing two hours for relaxing / swimming in the water, and one hour for an evening meal. We were finished in under two hours. At the time we booked this experience, we did not realise that our hotel villa... More

We had a tour group add this to our itinerary for us and we definitely could have done without. We had several hot springs at our resort that we would have enjoyed just as much. Dinner was buffet style and we enjoyed the food. The pools were large and beautifully landscaped, but busy. We would have preferred more privacy, it's... More

Relaxing in these hot waters is sublime. No more than 100 guest are admitted at one time so relatively quiet. Great to be able to have a cocktail while you soak! Howler monkeys in the trees, a green oasis of calm. Facilities are clean & service good. Food average.

The pools descend in temperature, surrounded by local natural floral, and they provide lockers and towels. I was there while it was raining and the feeling of being on the hot pool with the rain with the rain coming down is quite ethereal. Buy the pass with lunch or dinner, it was delicious and the full service wonderful. My favorite... More

Those hot pools were so relaxing that we came twice! Our first visit was part of a package: a hike around the volcano in th afternoon and an evening at Ecothermales. We arrived here at around 6pm and it was relatively crowded. Apparently lots of guests were sharing the same kind of package. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay. The setting... More

A lovely, elegant place. 98 (37) - 105 (40.5) degrees, plus a cool pool, a not too cold pool, and spray fountains. For us, it seemed like an ideal range of temperatures, and six pools, all connected, was plenty, as long as there were few people. How few people you need around you to relax depends on you, but we... More

Came here on a Saturday evening (530pm). Made a reservation through their website, did not opt to go through a tour company or get the dinner. My husband wasn't impressed but I enjoyed it. It is relaxing and invigorating, in my opinion. I like that they limit the amount of people so it does not get too crowded. There is... More
