This is a nice, small museum with knowledgeable staff. The sights include a few train cars and locomotives, maps, train station articles, and photos. The restored/rebuilt roundhouse next door is a large, pleasant public gathering place for a wide variety of events. The museum is...More

Worth a stop to see the station, turntable and new(rebuilt?) 3 stall roundhouse. The freight cars are also interesting to see. Worth it to stop in if you are in the area.

The depot was a great venue for the wedding that I attended. Although, I believe the bride selected her own caterer and decorator for the event.

It's ok as part of the overall history of the area, but other than one old diesel engine and a few cars, there's not that really that much to see. Hopefully over time more can be added.

If you are a railroad buff as many people are then this is a must see. If you like history it goes well with a visit to Tuscumbia and as just a visit it is just OK. Great Photo ops.
