Delightfully spacious and well-lit aquarium filled with a great selection of Asian fish. The highlight is the impressive tunnels where you under the tanks and surrounded by fish.

We were at the aquarium for the whole day and was amazed at the collection of marine animals in addition to rare collection of fish. Best way to educate family especially kids

160 CNY per person for entrance fee! Too much for such aquarium. Too many people with little to see if you compare it to other aquarium. I would not recommend anyone to go unless you have covered everything in Shanghai and you want to waste...More

Although well organised and structured, the aquarium was just alright. Interesting exhibits but a few of them were so small that they break your heart. Would prefer to see a larger facility with larger tanks, or smaller exhibits that offer tactile experiences.

one of the most beautiful and diversified aquariums I have ever visited. Great variety of fish and a huge complex of underwater tunnels that make you feel plunged with animals

I'm rating this attraction with two stars. I wouldn't say there's a fatal flaw like bad maintenance or poor treatment of animals. Truthfully, I'm not qualified to assess how well the animals are housed, so I'll refrain from doing so. That said, I found the...More

This is a good place to take family or just go spend some time looking at amazing fish . The tour can take up to 3 hrs or more if you take in the shows. I've gone twice now.

Aquariums are like living art galleries and museums, except the exhibitions are moving and its a lot more noisy. The Shanghai Aquariam is located just next door to the Pearl Tower so its easy to combine the two as a day trip...Come straight out of...More

.The price per adult is 160 yuan. You can spend your time better in Shanghai than visiting this aquarium.
