We had to queue for more than 2 hours, in different queues. All the windows are dirty, so don't expect many good photographs!

Worth it just for the spectacular views of Shanghai. It's something you should do at least once when you're here. Not worth it on cloudy or smoggy days though.

No need to book. Best time depends on weather, whether there is visibility or not and if you like day or night. Night is magic in Shanghai but you don't need to be high to enjoy the night skyline.

You do not need to buy online. CAn do it when you get there. Easy. No need to buy the upper part of the tower. Yes the glass walk is included as part of the ticket. Enjoy
