Amazing temple, so calming and peaceful. I spent half of my Sunday there, just watching people doing their Sunday routine< Beautiful architecture and plenty of restaurants around. A place to rest and reflect in the middle of a crazy city of Shanghai.

This is unique in the middle of the city. While mostly restored. it is used by many everyday to pray. Such a nice change from the rest of the city downtown.

Was there during a rainy season and that makes the visit not a good one. A huge temple and plenty photo opportunity site. Located in the city and easy to travel to another location.

The heart of this neighborhood is the Jing'an Temple,
while the main artery of excitement and entertainment
is West Nanjing Road. Close to the Former French
Concession, the area has a similar draw for foreign
residents but displays a more commercial character.
Large, flashy malls, luxe residential high-rises and
trendy nightlife areas can be found along West Nanjing
Road, but areas off the busy street have the same
