The chef and translator were excellent. He demonstrated each step and then watched you perform each task. The recipes were easy to follow, the results delicious and will be simple to do at home. I would recommend this class.

Oh, yes. Our chef spoke no English but our Sous Chef, Constance, talked us through every step of the way. She was awesome!
