I took my grandchildren for a home school field trip. It was more than I expected. They start out with a film about how the plant was started and built. Then you get on a tram and the tour begins. Our tour guide knew all about the plant and had even worked in Korea for awhile. To see how the... More

We made advance reservations for a group tour and it was very informative and educational. We'll never look at an automobile in the same way again! The tour started on time as a tram rode us through the plant where we saw the process of automobile manufacturing from sheets of metal to the finished product being driven off the assembly... More

Great visit. Tour guide was knowledgeable and gave a great tour. Hyundai (meaning modern in Korean) cars are available at check-in to sit in a poke around. Factory tour visits every area except the paint shop. Really worth the hour it takes. No charge. Need to reserve in advance.

I didn't expect much out of a factory tour. I figured it might be boring compared to some of our other outings, but I was wrong! This tour is one of our favorite field trips! Every aspect of the tour was so interesting! The robots were fascinating to watch! Don't miss out on this FREE opportunity!

Well worth the trip. Interesting view of the auto making industry. Free tour makes it ok that they show some videos of commercials before the actual tour. Tour is on a tram and goes through much of the plant. The tour itself is about 60 minutes long. You must make a reservation in advance - no walk ins allowed. They... More

It is amazing how many cars are built in a day. It is interesting to watch the robots (and people) build cars. You will probably come away from the tour more inclined to buy a Hyundai.

Better than expected and worth the long trip! We saw an impressive array of robots at work which at times the imagery from the futuristic movies flash in your mind - the sounds, the motions, the scale, etc. You get to see the different phases of the car production from start to finish during the tour in which you ride... Factory tours are always interesting, especially when it comes to complicated items. Putting together Elantras and Sonatas, though, is a bit tougher than making pretzels. Somehow, a bunch of metal comes in the front door, and after a series of 48-second stops around the complex, it comes out as a car. This goes on for 24 hours a day, five... More

If you have some time to kill between meetings or something these and are in the area its worth it. Don't travel to see it more then 20-30 mins thought its not that good.
