Really enjoyed this tribute to WW II with the USS Alabama battleship,USS Drum submarine and extensive aircraft displays. Take 2 to 3 hours or more to enjoy these fantastic sites.

Plus $4 for parking. What a magnificent piece of US history. The ship is fascinating, plus a submarine, plus an extensive air exhibit. Considering the costs of maintenance, admission is a small investment in our heritage.

This large ship is located at the port of Mobile, Alabama. The ship has the original dining area and kitchen areas that you can walk past. Names are on the wall in one room that shows who served on the ship.

I agree a stroller would be next to impossible. I would wait a few years as an 8 year old will find it impressive.
