A long and sandy beach with plenty of shacks serving food and drink. The beach was amazingly clean considering the number of visitors. Beach is patrolled by Life Guards. Shallow incline into a lovely warm sea (much warmer than the hotel pool). However the swells can be a bit big at times and can be powerful. There are quiet a... More

Candolim beach was about 5 minutes walking from our hotel. Its a very clean beach with some lovely shacks and eating joints. Food and drinks are extremely economical. There are lots of sports activities. Jet ski could cost you Rs 800 for 1 person and Rs 1400 for 2 people. Also dont miss the corn and coconut water vendors on... More

Candolim beach is also one of the least crowded beaches and is dotted with so many good restaurants that you are actually spoilt with choice. Go for Indian cuisine or Thai cuisine or continental cuisine, there are so many options. Head over to the beach to relax and release your own sky lantern in the sky and watch it fly... More

Candolim is big. It's busy but then there are stretches where it's not. Same for cleanliness. It gets better as you start walking south. Plenty of people around doing their thing. Lot of water sports activities to look forward to. The beach is lined with a number of shacks, some more popular than others, both old and new. Good place... More

Of the many beaches in Goa, found this one relatively clean and better. Thought that it would be less crowded, but was wrong. The beach front is heavily crowded during peak season. All sort of water sport activities are available. Numerous shacks alongside where one can get beach beds. Watch out, you may be asked separate charges at shacks closer... More

It is such a shame that this beautiful beach is in such a dirty state. Litter everwhere caused by residents & tourism. The shacks where all closed due to the government/council trying to introduce strickter rules/laws. This caused the shack owners to charge for sun beds which where usually free as long you purchased a drink or snacks, now you... More
