We arrived in Florence mid afternoon and with little time to explore the city, opted to see this FLW house; I had never seen one before. The tour was so informative and the building fascinating although how they managed to raise 4 boys in it...More

I stopped in for a quick visit and wished i had more time. What a cool house. It looks so small from the outside and it is so neat to see how FLW made use of every inch of space throughout. There aren't any other...More

This was the highlight of our trip on the Natchez Trace. We are Frank Lloyd Wright fans. If you are a FLW fan, then this is worth the trip for you. This is a restored FLW one owner home. The furniture, architecture and history are...More

This is a national treasure off the beaten track in Florence, AK. House is exactly as Frank Lloyd Wright designed it in 1939 with an addition he created in 1948. A fabulous Usonian design with original furniture and furnishings. The guide was knowledgeable and unhurried...More

We made a side trip in order to tour this house. You check in and pay across the street in an old school. There are some exhibits and purchase items in the school for the house and FLW in general. The history of the house...More

This house is not wheelchair friendly due to narrow doorways and steps. The house follows the lay of the land, so steps are only 2 or 3 at a time.
