I visited the temple during my visit to Kolkata. The place was crowded and had some difficulty in locating it. try and visit when its not a spcepcial day. go on a normal week day and ur darshan will be nice. sit on the river bank, visit the kalpataru. Try going very early morning and u will feel the serenity.

Situated on the banks of hugli river, this temple is a must visit when in kolkata. It is built with an authentic bengali architecture and quite preety and clean.. It is well managed unlike many other over crowded temples.. Jai maa kali..
