For a city which loves reading and book lovers are everywhere, this is a place to be. Just go there enjoy the art of reading. One the best and biggest libraries has wonderful collection which can blow your mind off.

You should bear a valid Identity card such as Adhaar Card, Drivers License etc. Ask the person at Card issuing counter for membership & he'll ask u to deposit a particular fee followed by a membership card.
