Kolkata's first underground metro. This service provides quick and cheap transportation from the north to the south of the city. Use it if you have to get somewhere quick. Rush hours are crowded.

It will cover from North Kolkata (Dumdum ) to South Kolkata(Garia). Comfortable and Cheap. Best option to avoid traffic.

Well the fastest mode of transport during peak traffic hours. Though all train compartment are not having AC coaches but still one of the cheapest and best mode of transportation.

This is special as it's the oldest metro in India, like thirty years old! Major innovation at that time.... It however now needs up gradation. Non AC Metros needs to be phased out and more trains to reduce the huge crowds.
