Its a simple monastery having nothing special. The tourist package has added the point just to increase the number otherwise there are many more monasteries to pay visit.

Ghoom Monestry is best place to visit for peace & prosperity. It's amazing place to visit with family & see the positive vibe. The place is so beautiful that you can't afford to miss.it must visit place for all who are visiting Darjeeling.

We went at about 11 am. Generally the driver u hire will take u at a suitable time. If u r on ur own, no probs general day timings should be ok. But im sure evening time would be a torally different experience since candles... More
