Enjoyed a very early morning to watch the sun rise over the Himalayas. A beautiful clear morning. Don't park your vehicle at the top of the hill, park partway down the hill and walk, traffic jam when everyone wants to leave!

Tiger hill is a good place. It is very cold up there. The scene when the sun rises is just worth watching. It looks like a pure red ball which looks great

You will never regret if you are able to witness a sunrise. Very famous, so try to reach as early as possible just to get a nice spot to watch the sunrise.

It was really nice looking at rising sun.. Beautiful sightseeing. Only challenge is to open ur eyes at morning 4 am.. What u can do is to carry winter clothing with you.

You can view Kanchenjunga peak very clearly if no clouds or fog is there and the scenery is breathtaking. Yo can's take your eyes of it actually especially at the time of rising sun.

Yes, parking on the roadside is available but remember if you go right to the top you will face a herculean task to return as the road will be blocked by vehicles coming uphill who arrive late.
