- My Hong HBelgium11 contributionsReal craftmanshipWe were looking for some special souvenir tobtake home. There are 3 floors full of artisinal pottery in different shapes en sizes. Price is not cheap but its quality. We had the opportunity to see the factory/workshop and we could buy some things there as well. Theu don’t follow uou around like in most stores in India which give us the chance to explore the store on our own which we liked.Visited November 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 9 November 2023

Absolutely Disappointing.
Owner skills at speaking sweetly that's all.
Misleading historical information provided.
Ordinary items sold as antique pieces, without any certification of heritage art/craft.
No fixed prices, same products available in many other stores with lower prices.
Original suppliers to these guys are in Kotjewar village ( 40 km from Jaipur ) and his name is Lalaram .
Sales are driven by way of commissions shared with the taxi drivers who bring in clients.
Only Good Points :
The quality of items are good
Variety of products under one roof
Worry points :
They are not the manufacturers but resellers
The main supplier to their products reside in villages such as Kotjewar and Nevta , near Jaipur
No Fixed prices
No printed bill provided
No correct directions to history related to Art.
No connection with the artisans provided
Suggest do research before buying from here.

A must visit store if you want to check the famous blue pottery of Rajasthan. In love with the collection. Met the artist too at the store who is very warm and helpful. Also if you enquire in advance, you might be able to take the classes they give to learn pottery making. A must visit in jaipur!

Mr. Anil is a genuine human and a good teacher to give knowledge about blue pottery. He gave his precious time to roam around the store and show us how its made from the scratch ... would definitely suggest tourists and travellers to come, know, and flourish this craft of jaipur.

This store has probably the widest collection of blue pottery that I've come across and the gentleman who runs the place is just amazing to talk to and learn from. I'm told they also conduct workshops and although I was here for only a short time, Mr Anil Doraya was kind enough to teach me how to make a tiny, elegant pendant. Would love to come back here

I am amazed with the hand work and the amount of effort they put into make these handicrafts. It took loads of time for me to choose from their variety of collection. I strongly feel that we should retain this art and should encourage artists.

Mr. Anil Deora and his niece were were very warm people to interact with. They delve into the process of making blue pottery in extreme detail, from explaining the raw materials involved, to the making, glazing and firing processes. I had a great time taking up the workshop and do wish to definitely come back and learn this craft in a little more detail!
The history this craft holds is explained through a beautiful anecdote. I would recommend anyone interested in knowing more about the craft to definitely visit this place!

Offering pottery training with clear expert instructions and exquisite lifestyle accessories for sale, Jaipur Blue Pottery Art Centre is a must visit during a trip to Jaipur. To enter this colourful haven just before exiting Jaipur was the best way to remember the city! With committed artisans led by Mr. Anil Doraya, helping at the store, customers will never feel lost while taking buying decisions. A special thanks to Mr. Shankar Sharma for helping my family!

Saw this beautiful shop from the outside and a visit was a must. Their work is absolutely beautiful and a work of art. Mr Anil is an amazing person who asked my mother to take pictures of their work and help promote this dying art. He also asked me to be his student in learning this work! It was a very genuine and heartening experience. The products are beautiful, handmade and works of art.
