This is not particularly a tourist spot. Its actually one of the major water supplies of the city of Mumbai. It was a very large lake, but there was nothing much to see.

Tulsi Lake is located in Borivali nr sanjay gandhi national park , is very Beautiful lake , not many people visit there , it is good going there during rainy season.

Just another reservoir which is part of mumbai's water supply, definitely not a tourist attraction of any sort!
