Best thing in Mumbai was when walking during sunset at Colaba market. Didnt buy anything althou I stept in to alot of silver and gold shops. Walk all the way down south for the true Colaba experience!

Colaba causeway is perfect for street shopping. You can get amazing stuff for a very cheap price. One must be definitely good at bargaing to get a good deal.

I recently visited this place with friends.It is located very near to gateway of India and accessible by walk.The place is usually very crowded and one can buy items at very cheap price here by bargaining. Leopald coffee shop is nearby a must visit place.

Just search for trip advisor a hotel around colaba causeway, there are at least five high rated hotels. Happy hunting.
