All the way great scene of this historical monument. But only disturbing experience was IN and OUT gate was too far...police have barricaded a distance...don't know why.....also boating is not encouraging as the water is dirty and smelling.

An excellent place to visit, despite the crowd. Also don't forget to get your snaps taken for just Rs. 30

One should definitely visit this place if anyone is coming to Mumbai. This place is very crowded. Ideal time for the visit is morning.

The building, of course, is impressive. But much more interesting (to me) at this spot were the people. The joy, playful attendance, the spirit and interactions. Just brilliant. Was there in June2014.

Must visit but too crowded during weekend / sunny days. Memories from British India to Mumbai Terror Attack, walk at causeway plus old time memory of sailing boats , all take you down the memory lane.

It is good place to be visited by history lovers. Apart from this adjacent is Famous taj hotel. There is a ferry service to alibaug via mandawa which is most enjoyable. It is via ferry to mandawa then via bus to alibaugh.

Second time I visited. First time unfortunately it was closed, but second time I was lucky enough to go through as it was open. There is a lot of security nearby but that is expected. There was a lot of people there, maybe because we visited on a Sunday. A beautiful landmark to visit, there is a lot of history... More
