Stone carvings. Huge stone temple with gopalaswamy or lord Krishna idol. Spans over 50 acres. Has water on three sides.. Situated near krs.

Good drive from Mysore. The temple is newly built or probably revamped. The last stretch of road leading upto the temple is a bit bumpy. Otherwise this is a good drive from Mysore.

Nice scenic view of sunset and the nature. well built Temple covered with water on three sides. Quite rude security and staffs. Photography around temple is not allowed!!!!

Beautiful place, no one should miss this place if visiting Mysuru or KRS. Very neat & clean. Also, go in the evening and wait for the sunset for the awesome views.

Search for KRS backwaters. I remember it is about 4 kms from KRS entrance

The Temple opens by 8.30 / 9.00.am It closes by 4.00 / 4.30 pm. At times Private vehicles are not allowed, hence you have to take the Bus to the top of the Hill. The last bus is by about 3.30 pm or 4.00 pm. depending on the... More
