Must see if you're in town in March. Beautifully kept, and the grounds are large enough to take some tourist-less photos. + it's free of charge. What more could you want? Highly recommend a visit.

No unfortunately the gardens are only open for a specific period in spring so will not be open in July

Mughal garden is open only from 6th of February until 14th March . Spring is the season for flowers . Not July .
