Easy to find at prearranged metro stop exit, then visited 5 or 6 eateries, all good. Only downer was final stop at a modern ice cream shop -- turns out it was actually owned by Haagen Daz, not exactly a unique Indian experience. Overall, a worthwhile tour.

Had a great time on the Old Delhi food tour. Anubhav took us around the densely packed streets on the night Holi was starting. People were already getting a bit crazy, but he stayed calm and helped us dodge the incoming water balloons. I lost count of how many places we stopped (9 maybe?), but they were all delicious and... You'll visit places you wouldn't have dreamed of going to. Our guide Loke was knowledgeable and helpful in a whole range of subjects besides food. Food was always delicious and no ill effects. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Don't eat very much beforehand or at the first few places visited!

We did the food tour in one of our first days in India and absolutely loved it! It is a great way to get to learn New Delhi. Not just by the food, but also by the stories. The guide is also very much aware that western people can't just eat everything in India and takes very good care of... More

At the end of a Golden Triangle tour i realised I had some free time and tried to book an Old Delhi food walk. The team were really communicative and managed to fit me in within a few hours. Anubhav and Loki were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and are genuinely passionate about food rather than 'just' being guides. Without giving too... More

I had the great pleasure of joining a tour with DelhiFoodWalks this past week. Specifically, the Old Delhi tour. I love sampling the various palette of food offerings whenever I touch down at a new destination so when I visited Delhi for the first time, how and where do I even begin to navigate the maze that is Chandni Chowk?... Excellent introduction to the narrow streets and street food culture on the first day in Delhi, with a charming guide. There were so many different snacks on offer that we had to decline some of them.

Anubhav our guide for the evening introduced us to an experience we would never have had otherwise. We moved at a pace through the back streets and alleyways of Old Delhi sampling local specialties with the locals. It was a heady experience at the end of our first day in Delhi and first day in India so some of it... More

Fantastic morning today on the old Delhi morning breakfast tour. I defiantly think this is the best time to go as not many people around and you can enjoy the surrounding a lot more. Anubhav our tour guide was extremely knowledgable and took us to some amazing places we have everything from savoury to sweet and then a lassi to... More
