Its a huge place. My advice avoid going with families. This place has become more of a lovers spot with lot of couples hanging around.

This place in famous or may be infamous for being lovers place. The park is big and during day you may find more or lovers here. My advice if you with family, it needs to be avoided.

Another stop on the tourist trail. We had a pleasant wander through the trees. Trees all labelled, not many flowers evident.

Get down at Jor Bagh metro station. Exit by gate number 1. It will take 15-20 min walk. Or get an auto that will cost about 30-50 Rs.

Lodi gardens offers a unique experience in Delhi. You see a mix of architecture from different periods (mostly Lodi but there is a beautiful bridge from Akbar's era), all set in gardens that are lovely to walk through. It can get crowded at certain times (avooid early mornings and weekends) but at this time of year the flowers are loveley.

I loved the serenity of the garden, when we'd visited there. It's a great place to picnic with your family, for go for a day out with your dog. Yes, this garden is a pet-friendly place.
