Saw this monument from the Rajpath, as directly around the monument was cordoned off for preparation for the Republic Day Parade. A truly impressive monument and a must on the list of any visitor to Delhi. Truly impressive.

It's usually overcrowded so late night is a good time to visit. You can go pretty close to the monument and it looks pretty impressive from up close.
