Nice tourist spot if u want to learn about soldiers of the 1st world war. But too many local 'photographers' pursuing you for photos. Just ignore them.

A memorial to the soldiers who fought World War I. It bears the names of over 13000 soldiers and is in the heart of Delhi - on Raj Path - the road that leads to the Rashtrapati Bhawan - the Presidential Palace

This is a monument dedicated to those who lost their lives during WWI. It's in between two large fields and down a long avenue, the Rajpath, which is usually lined with vendors. We went early in the morning as part of a visit to the president's home, the Rashtrapati Bhavan, so we were able to avoid crowds and most vendors... More

It's the place known for military pared on national occasions. Some are using this for DHARNA. But it's a place which has AMAR JAWAAN JYOT. It has names of martyrs of this country on its wall. You will definitely feel patriotic air at this place.

India gate is the Gateway to the heart of Delhi. It is centrally located with beautiful architecture which gives a taste of indian history. The adjoining lawns make it a beautiful place of hot summer evenings and cold winter afternoons.
