During my last visit to New Delhi,I got the opportunity to stay at Western Court.I stayed there for 4 night.Very good location.Its on Jan path,near to Canought Palace . Beautyful architectural building.Very big rooms with all aminities.They have an nice restaurant too,where u can get breakfast,lunch,dinner in a very affordable price.Food quality was good.The only drawback was the time taken... The Western Court is historical . Shri Motilal Nehru and other freedom fighters stayed here . This accommodation is meant for Ministers, Member of Parliaments and their guests . I recently stayed at western Court, was travelling from Pilani and had to stay at Delhi for one night. The accommodation was arranged by a relative. Couple of noticeable things about Western court, its a very old building with very minimum luxuries. Lets start with the positives 1. Room rent very less, 350 for non ac single. 2. Decent food.... The building's look from outside and gardens are nice. The rooms are terrible, terrible, terrible. No service at all. This is nothing like a western hotel, it is totally out of concept.Do not stay. The western court is one of the best and grand architectural monuments of New Delhi. It is also the PWD guest house and houses the MPs and there guest during there visit to new delhi.
