Our visit to bastimiento island was probably one of the most memorable days on the island. We got dropped off to bastimento and then our boat taxi told us then that if we wanted to go to red frog we would need to go another part of the beach and pay him extra and pay to go onto the beach.... More

This island, with it white sands and transparent waters, it's a beautiful place for walking, enjoying the sun, the sea and a cold beer. If you go for a short visit or a whole day picnic, you're going to enjoy a privilege place. Just remember that you must take all the things you may need and you must take out... More

This national park is stunning and is a must see if you are going to Bocas. Quiet, pristine beaches with soft, white sand. One of my favorite places!

I was able to walk and wonder around, I found gigantic shells to take home with me. It feels like your private own Island. Enjoy!

Beautiful place but not sure why there is a fee to just get off the boat. The tiny red frogs are a must.

The beach is beautiful but there were many spots on the water that had seaweed or kelp so it wasn't so fun to go far out.

It was a great bike ride out and back for an afternoon. The soft sand of the last mile of road can be a bit tricky but not bad. Very friendly staff at the resort and the food was pretty good.

Bastimentos National Park is one of the main attractions in Bocas. Taking a boat to Red Frog Beach one can take strolls in the Rainforest, looking for Red Frogs, or just go to one of the amazing beaches to relax in the sun! A great spot for everyone that wants to flee from Bocas Town's busy streets.

Weather you wish to visit Zapatillas Islands, indigenous villages, bat caves, snorkeling, diving, chocolate tours, you will appreciate why this area has been designated as one of the top 5 Eco-Destinations by the Ministry of Environment. $10.00 park entrance fee for Zapatillas Islands.
