The walk around the lake is nice - but most of the buildings need work - rundown & lack of signage in English let it down.

Lovely lake to have a stroll around. We saw two large monitor lizards and the walk was pleasant. If pure in Kandy and have a spare hour, it's worth a stroll.

We really enjoyed our walk around the lake - lots of wildlife to capture on camera. There is a good pathway all around the lake.
