Always good time to visit

Beautiful city and architecture. So many things to see in this small area. And after walk you can enjoy drink or lunch in hotel Dunav on Danube river.

This is a picturesque town with beautiful historic buildings and churches. Situated on the Danube, it has a lovely square where there was a band playing in front of the church. We tried the local speciality wine, Bermet, which I really enjoyed. We were given a taste at the winery in the town which is run by the 4th generation... More

In fact a village, but historically a city, with episcopal museum, nice churches, plenty of monasteries in the immediate surroundings, good restaurants and good wine tasting

Sremski Karlovci is a small cozy town not far away from Novi Sad. If you have half a day, it is worth visiting. You take a bus 60, 61 or 62 and in 30-40 minutes get off in Sermski Karlovci. There is a nice souvenir shop in the center with hand-made ceramic magnets, cups, plates and so on. If you... More

We toured the central beautifull main street and appreciated the impressive buildings. Later on, don`t miss a view from the top of the hill over the town and the Danube. We also recommend a stop at the restaurant of hotel Danuv which is built above Danube water and offers lovely views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this charming town just 5 miles from Novi Sad. We particulary enjoyed a visit to the beekeeping museum on the outskirts of town (ask the information center for walking directions). The beekeepers also produce some of the best wines in the area so you can double up the visit with wine tasting and a... More

There is the first gimnasium school. Man who made serbian letters went to this place. It is Vuk Stefanovic Karadzic. Also, there are one of the best vines.
