We made an afternoon jaunt to Bukumirsko recently. The nature is beautiful. Excellent place to turn the kids loose on the side of a mountain and let them explore. If you are going for the photo shots, best to be there in early afternoon. The sun catches the Kuci mountains well at that time. On a still day, the photo... More

This is one of the most beautiful lake in Montenegro. You can enjoy here in fresh air, nice view and perfect ambient of high mountains tribe Kuči. During the summer you can swim here ( water is not so cold :) )

This small lake is located about 45 kilometres from Podgorica. It is nice to visit it during the summer months, but not recommended during the winter, especially when it is snowing, because of narrow mountain road.

Great starting pint for day hikes, only a bit over an hours drive from Podgorica. The road there is usually open April though October. The lake is also on one of the major long distance hiking routes, the CT1. Would rate it 5 stars, if it wasn't for the trash some fellow visitors leave by the lake...

Our hotel booked a agency trip for this Lake. Even dough it is a bit far it was worth. Place full of legends and ancient times. Calm area. Visit if you have time.

The lake is small but amazing, it's located in wild environment, and beauty of nature is untouched. It's glacial lake and the deepest point of lake is almost 20 meters. But in the summer water is warm and clean that you can swim. Surrounding hills are also attractive for hiking and climbing.
