It is a nice place to sit and enjoy the city. Lots of ambulantes and children playing. It is a good starting point to look for something fun to do.

This is your standard plaza that you see in every city in very country in South and Central America. I used it to sit down, people watch and read some books. I have seen better, I have seen worse.
